Due to the importance of this tendering process, government agencies need to have proper evaluation system to review the bid proposals, in order to secure a good contract under the best terms and conditions.
This 2-day seminar aims to share insights to the best practices needed to write and evaluate a tender. Participants will obtain information on a good tendering structure, evaluation planning, organisation and scheduling, evaluation models and criteria, the importance of earned value management, writing a good tender recommendation report and other important topics.
